Former Employee I worked here for over two years, hitting presidents club year 2. Continual layoffs and redistributing enterprise accounts between only a few of us that were left in customer success. I managed 90 enterprise accounts that were 50-70% in turmoil due to product issues. Company acquired a new shiny company that is super tiny and too complex to sell properly. We had multiple times where finance couldn’t pay our commission, couldn’t refund clients (we had a client overpay and they couldn’t refund it for a month due to not having the money), and they still have not paid out 401k match from 2024 for current employees or anyone who’s left, despite this being a point blank benefit. I was offered double the pay for 11 enterprise accounts. Although nothing could have kept me here, you couldn’t even pay me $250,000 to do this job. Also, CEO is horrible and completely out of touch with how to lead or communicate. Very passive aggressive, jealous of other companies, and mean. Browse Other Reviews
