Former Employee Company sales culture is cut throat, go on glass door reviews and everything you read is true. They don't respect sales territories, your own sales team can steal your buying clients if they are local to the account, not to mention inbound leads being favoritized and taken from other sales team because the team lead says "we need to hit our own sales target"
The colleagues are decent but will backstab you if given the chance.
