Current Employee It is a good company with fair compensation. Think-cell just recently assembled their go to market team and is improving at a breakneck pace month over month. My prediction is that everything from sales process, leadership, and operations will dramatically improve within a year of this review. It is rare to sell a product with almost no competitors and this large of a presence in the market place. The sales team is still relatively new (we were self-service before) and I hope we can become more aligned on strategy and execution as larger deals come through.
