Pros - > Fantastic group of folks and a great CEO. > Good product, PM are busy keeping the product top notch. Cons - > Super low pay in US, high sales goals, it could be hard to make good money here. > All Sales folks are White, men and women, no black and brown folks in Sales. Its also a tad bit bro-ey Sales culture. Overall, it's a good start up company to work for, reputable name to put on your resume, there are some glaring things to watch out for but overall not too bad.

Product is excellent with real value for customers and no comparable FOSS. Competition is becoming more sophisticated and troublesome faster than product management can respond. It’s a great job to really understand how a mid size startup grows to the top. The financial stability of the company is unbelievable. The culture is great the people are awesome and motivating.
