Former Employee Enterprise sales responsibilities and quota with ridiculously low OTE. The plan changed over last two years to a hybrid commission / bonus structure. Net result is less than 2.5% payout on 2M quota. Recently installed Leadership does not have much experience in large deal management and less than strategic in approach. Good service delivery model but very pricey so be aware you will be selling on value with little help from senior leadership on exec to exec side. I would not accept a role here without a major upgrade in OTE to match responsibility and quota.
