Changed comp plan in 2023. One of the worst commission plans I have ever had. Product set has fallen significantly behnd market leaders. Pricing is on the high side vs competition. PE firm is managing quarter to quarter resulting in weird swings in focus and draconian cost control.

Commission rate was terrible. Very low. Vesting period was 5 years and was not pro-rated.

Enterprise sales responsibilities and quota with ridiculously low OTE. The plan changed over last two years to a hybrid commission / bonus structure. Net result is less than 2.5% payout on 2M quota. Recently installed Leadership does not have much experience in large deal management and less than strategic in approach. Good service delivery model but very pricey so...Read More
