Former Employee1.9Sep 17, 2024Changed comp plan in 2023. One of the worst commission plans I have ever had. Product set has fallen significantly behnd market leaders. Pricing is on the high side vs competition. PE firm is managing quarter to quarter resulting in weird swings in focus and draconian cost control.
