There has been significant change over the last few years with the leadership teams, but the founder just came back to lead as the CEO. There has already been product innovation since he’s returned recently and has major ambition to continue innovating within the product suite. Things are looking up with these recent changes!

My overall rating for this company has gone down over the years. C Suite does see the market and continues to higher quotas. They are making it harder for employees to hit goals and get commission checks. Why higher quota when less than 20% of your sales team is hitting then say if 80% of quota isn’t attained the rep doesn’t get a commission check. Sales reps do not...Read More
