100% right place, right time technology and undeniable product/market fit. Ridiculously unfair market advantages in investors + strategic partners (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Lightspeed, Madrona). Recently bolstered leadership team whose changes should take effect just as the market begins to tip. Competitive landscape is dynamic but we’ve got a very good chance at a successful exit.

Hired a new CRO in May, but the old one never stepped aside, so no one’s actually leading. More reps than customers, the entire CSM team just quit, and most ‘customers’ are just one-off pilots with zero ARR. Attainment is 0% for all reps but 2.
