Former Employee1.7Sep 19, 2023My overall experience was very poor. It is a good product, but it takes too much customisation to get it to work inside the customer environment. Every deployment is different which really drags out the sales process. The CRO lacks experience, VERY few people hit target, too few inbound leads, the sales strategy is fundamentally broken.
