Current Employee Each individual location has its own personality…I don’t think that is uncommon amongst similar types of companies. Since being acquired by private equity firm, as much as I would like to think we can maintain our culture, I’m not sure that’s possible. There has been a gradual devaluation of long term sales reps, valuing more the reps who attain new business, versus those who manage multimillion dollar accounts. They are pushing as much as possible to limit our abilities within our current accounts, and hand that responsibility off-diametrically opposed to our value proposition… Comp plans have been changing, and will again once recent acquisitions begin to merge. Leadership has been very forthcoming and transparent so far, but I can see it changing soon. I believe the goal is to flood the market, and in doing so it appears the sales environment is going to suffer. More churn, less pay, high burnout rates. It hasn’t always been this way, but when you were behold into a private equity, it’s inevitable. Browse Other Reviews
