The industry has experienced some setbacks, but leadership has been clear and honest throughout my time here. People who work here are deeply passionate about climate and non-GTM folks are deeply passionate about helping sellers win. The external market forces are wavy right now, but the leaders in place will navigate it with clarity.

I think Dan and Jaffe are building best in class GTM team. There is a path to a $1m year as a rep here, if not already proven out but Watershed is only going to suit the very best new business salesperson who is totally committed to their game and can operate at c-level, within line of business sales and in a net new logo acquisition and new use case context.
