CEO has fired the entire marketing team and since then we have had close to 0 quality inbound leads. AI market is slowing down when it comes to needing a vector database so it's becoming increasingly difficult to come across quality opportunities. There is also no sales manager, no VP of sales, no customer success engineering leader or solutions engineering leader. All leadership has left or been fired and teams are left scrambling to clean up the mess. CEO has no idea how to sell his own product, the direction the company is going in, and overall a complete mess of a company. Individual employees are lovely to work with and all working really hard - just a poorly ran organization that unfortunately likely wont exist in a few months. Layoffs to come!

Salespeople stay away; this is not a sales-focused company.
