Salespeople stay away; this is not a sales-focused company. Proof points: -3 sales leaders in 1.5 years. -No product differentiation from OSS. -Prioritization of LinkedIn likes & follows rather than service reliability. -Recent poorly handled layoffs happened to sellers & SEs with no thought of how it impacted customers, no transition of knowledge, no plan on how to support them moving forward.

I lost a couple big deals from my forecast and was let go without warning. Even though I had been closing other deals.

Not the spot truly. Really nice folks. But nice doesn't win and close business. Nearly impossible to buy weaviate. Broken from the top down

CEO has fired the entire marketing team and since then we have had close to 0 quality inbound leads. AI market is slowing down when it comes to needing a vector database so it's becoming increasingly difficult to come across quality opportunities.
