Leadership is unstable. Sales is a revolving door. Significant Nepotism. Product has deficiencies. I was told the product and demand for it were off the charts and there were more inbound leads than the current team could handle which turned out not to be true. Base pay is pretty good but quotas are unachievable.

Solid product but poor execution - weavix operates like a family business attempting to be a tech company. Internal politics, toxic leadership, and lack of focus will inevitably drive this company into the ground. Avoid.
