Great product. There's a need for company culture reconstruction in terms of everyone being on the same page. With being remote everyone feels like they're on their own island trying to sell the software rather than brainstorming together. There's a work harder not smarter mentality oozing through the GoogleMeets sessions. The CEO is a brilliant marketer, but has to acknowledge the importance of a sales team to continue to take this company to the next level.

Horrendous leadership. Entire sales team was let go with new upper hire. No training, no playbook, no feedback, just increased quotas and activity metrics with no correlation to better outreach. All of the sales tools are the cheapest possible and the CRM is unmanageable. Reps would frequently quit within a month of their start date once the curtain was pulled back.Read More

The Director of Sales is a rockstar, and coaching is 10/10. The company has pretty lean benefits, as it's so small and still in start-up phase. But working here is like getting a college degree in how to sell. Can catapult your career, but the pay and benefits are a little lean. Good for a newer/younger AE
