Current Employee Working at Whatnot has been an awesome experience. The culture and people are incredible — collaborative, supportive, and truly invested in each other's success. It's a team that wants to win together. The environment is fast-paced but grounded in trust and respect, which makes it easy to stay motivated and take ownership. I’ve consistently felt empowered to take initiative, share ideas, and push beyond my comfort zone — in the best way. I’m learning and growing every day, and those contributions are genuinely valued and recognized. On top of that, the mission actually matters — helping small businesses, creators, shops, and sellers build real businesses. It feels great knowing the work you’re doing is making an impact.
