Good company to work for. Cyber security is becoming a very crowded market and that is something you will notice. Not a big a brand name like Crowdstrike, SentinelOne and others so you need to work harder to get to the deals. Not sure about the compensation part, but they pay fair. Leadership finds culture important and it shows.

Management is a revolving door and don't have a great feel for business needs or definitive go to market strategy. Constant knee jerk reactions and poor communication with strategy often lead to confusion and negative results

US operations highly segmented from Finnish HQ. High turnover rate and management musical chairs. Despite poor management and leadership there are talented individuals in the pool.
