Company is really struggling - constant turnover and restructuring has done a number on company reputation and now the chickens are coming home to roost. Not optimistic things will turn around anytime soon.

It’s a good company. Excellent people. The organization is very old school and can be short sighted. Has many well respected products in the market and some emerging innovative products. Struggles at times with decent comp plans and attainable goals. Overall, I do recommend it. If you are a good rep; it’s a place you can spend an entire career at.
