Several field roles are newly created and they have nothing to benchmark quotas against so a lot of field reps are held to unattainable quotas.

Currently the North American team is managed out of Europe. Time zones, culture differences, lack of marketing budget along with no brand name recognition make working for absent management beyond frustrating.
