Current Employee I have worked here for quite a few years. This has been a great company for all the years until this year. They targeted sales people as making too much money. Increased the quota to a unsustainable amount. There are only two people at quota for this year. Both of them got one in a lifetime private equity deals. I am used to being a top performing rep and am struggling, like everyone in mid-market to hit the annual quota
