Current Employee Overall experience is the values and culture are just lip service. The training is very extensive and rewarding that is a huge plus. There are only a very select few that are actually paid fairly. It seems the longer you work there the less fairly you are paid. The new employees are paid more as they are hired on than their seasoned employees. Good company if you need a transition and learning/training opportunity. Do not trust them for anything more than that.
