Current Employee Complete independence. Management allows sales reps to construct his/her sales process however they see fit, and there is zero micro-managing. This is a huge plus. On the other side, there is little to no support of updating/upgrading the product sold. Thus, it feels that things have plateaued. No growth whatsoever, no vision, no 5 year plan on keeping up with the times.
