Company is going downhill. Quotas have been beefed up to unattainable status to improve sales forecasting. C-suite positions have been moved around. Entire departments have been laid off and/or offshored. Very shady stuff and culture has become toxic. Also, pay across sales roles is very low compared to similar orgs.

Good company, big focus on technical training for sales staff beyond typical vendors which was great although a disconnect was present between the US and the remaining markets they operate in such as EMEA/APAC etc. Colleagues were extremely welcoming, consistently helpful/accommodating and felt very at home quickly.
