Very high turnover - especially in sales leadership roles. Everyone was remote now mandatory in-office 4 days/week as if that is going to solve their failing product. Severely behind their competition, late to innovate - just copy paste what their competitors are doing, no real strategy for product. Leaders in positions with no experience or qualifications. Tons of micromanagement. Very little opportunity to acquire any new accounts and little to no growth for existing accounts.

Private Equity owned. ARR is top priority period. This is a company growing through acquisition only (with eight completed in the last 24-36 months) vs organically. Tough sell on the core product with all the new shiny ball acquisitions and this weighs heavy on the sales teams with many new solution additions on-board to learning with little to no product training...Read More

If you are looking to make big commission checks, this is not the place for you. It’s pretty stable and there are incentives for commission, but they are hard to achieve and the base salary is low for a senior level enterprise seller.
