Very high turnover - especially in sales leadership roles. Everyone was remote now mandatory in-office 4 days/week as if that is going to solve their failing product. If you are looking to make big commission checks, this is not the place for you. It’s pretty stable and there are incentives for commission, but they are hard to achieve and the base salary is low for a senior level enterprise seller.
