Company facing serious challenges with turn over in sales both at the IC and leadership level. Problems generating pipeline and winning competitive deals due to market sentiment and how they want to position themselves, which is a red flag since these are some of the main business challenges they solve. Enterprise territories are small and all over the place, many accounts are not good fits, not enterprise ICP, or are based in India and Asia, or are recently churned customers. Extremely heavy push for AEs to self source deals, a lot of busy work for reps, leadership/management is not very helpful when it comes to onboarding, training, deal strategy, etc. Lots of upset customers and customer churn where its difficult to identify up-sell opportunities within your book of business, you will spend a lot of time training teams in order to save accounts at a discount which hurts your attainment. I feel competition has caught up to them and marketing sentiment is not positive, this is a great company but might not be a great time to be at 6sense given their challenges.
