Experience has been good overall with a well balanced training/ramp up cycle but compared to an SDR role it it more full cycle and have to manage multiple avenues between accountants/banks/prospecting and existing client

My overall experience is good due to the company culture and management. There is no micro-management involved. The hybrid structure is great. The base pay is non-negotiable as there is a pre-built compensation structure that digital sales reps follow.
