Product does well enough. Lead flow and opportunity is down while quotas are at an all time high. Feels like I rot in this role and I haven't been challenged in years. They are cheaper than ever. If you do too well, be prepared to pay the success tax. Finance will plug you into a table and mathematically eliminate you as a salesperson to the point where you will never make money again unless you change divisions and job hop internally every other fiscal or leave the company.

Compensation not always aligned with past year's success. If you well exceed your goals one year, expect TI/commission rate to decrease the next fiscal year, while quota goes up YOY
