Great product market fit. Unfortunately salespeople are measured on a monthly basis and the fast pace and intensity of the job is not for everyone.

Overall my experience was solid. I learned about the HR tech industry and its common challenges that came with siloed systems. Culture wise it was fairly clicky but overall there were like minded people whom you'd be able to connect and collaborate with.
