Leadership has 0 care for any of its employees and only see you as another stat on their board. Commission structure is horrendous and they work you into burn out every month with 0 expectations for growth until someone leaves.

ADP's core product (full-service payroll processing) faces increasing competition year after year from lower cost startups and and an endless list of competitors offering the same type of services. One's success in role will be dependent on product being sold and territory.

I wouldn’t recommend ADP to a seasoned sales professional. This is moreso a job for 28ish year olds who enjoy dropping off treats and flyers at the doorsteps of all of their prospects. Base pay is weak for the industry.
