Inbound leads went only to inside sales team. ADP has a lot of employee's working for them and have split the opportunity to very small territories.

ADP has a great product in an over saturated industry. Dependent on role type, you either have partners to pull referrals from or find new on your own. They place an emphasis on training, but this is a beginner role based off of total compensation.

ADP was a great company, largely supported by great people working there. The main issues were the over-complication of the GTM strategy, and the incessant in-fighting of departments. Internal strife and complexities made the job far more difficult than it needed to be.
