My overall experience has been fine. In my role specifically, we get inbound leads but a lot of them are junk. Some are easy sales, one call close. Others take a little longer. Overall good starting position. Can make good money. Top reps in my position make about 100k. Good room for growth though and ideally you would not be in this position for too long and move onto a higher paying one within the company.

A lot of changes needed in this organization. We spend a crazy amount of time on useless meetings every week. Sales reps are free to be wherever except for Fridays where the entire office sits around socializing until 5 pm.
