However quota gets raised to a point where it is obtainable. Employees are forced to move up in the company or get burned out and move out of the company. Lots of turn and burn.

As challenging as the last 2 years have been, I would hate to be one of ADP’s competitors. ADP still has the best product/market fit, culture, stability, and long term career path in the industry.
