The HCM is getting increasingly difficult to get deals across the finish line. As challenging as the last 2 years have been, I would hate to be one of ADP’s competitors. ADP still has the best product/market fit, culture, stability, and long term career path in the industry.

This job is great if you are normally corrupt and don’t mind scamming and scaring small businesses into HR solutions they most likely won’t use and borderline don’t need.
