My overall experience is good due to the company culture and management. There is no micro-management involved. The hybrid structure is great. The base pay is non-negotiable as there is a pre-built compensation structure that digital sales reps follow.

You will grind until you die at this place. It really is about how much you're willing to deal with until you move on or get promoted. Most people use this place as a spring board to other opportunities and you'll see why if you join. If you don't get lucky in your 1st year then you won't last long.
