Company has a nice young culture and provides a lot of training. That being said I’m in an inbound role, the leads are very hit or miss in this job. One week they can be gold and then the next two weeks they are garbage. You are expected to sell and set up accounts which makes the job 10x more stressful. Great starting sales position but you will experience burnout by the end of year one.

My overall experience has been neutral thus far. Old school sales methodologies. Lack of organization. A lot of testing and playing by ear. Very demanding sales process that could be made much easier and shorter
