Former Employee4.1May 21, 2024At least in my former market, Management tends to favor reps they like the most. I had zero support from my SE. ADP obviously has a great product and vast resources, in that sense, it truly feels like you're playing for the winning team, all of the competitors basically follow what ADP is doing.
