Good culture, have met several friends there. Enough people to find your fit, and typically everyone is cut from the same cloth. Great 1st sales job where you can make 100k in your 1st year, but only a small fraction of the salesforce breaks 100k. I’m in insurance, so the money is better. Management is a tad weak at training- you have to be a go-getter who can learn from others and not afraid from failure.

Overall experience at ADP is pretty good. I do think that they are lacking in terms of compensation though.
