Current Employee Overall experience has been positive. Best part about the job is that you're working on a rather niche problem set, and there's always more to learn. The worst part about the job is that the sales organization lacks the know-how on helping the team succeed. Not a lot of scenarios where we're trained on how to hit larger deals. It's just sort of expected. While there are courses we can sign up for on professional development, the leadership hasn't ever proactively suggested professional development with a reputable group to formally train the sales team. The product we sell is very technical, too. While I've done a good job learning it (because I enjoy learning), many of the reps don't even sell some tools because they don't know how to speak to it or sell it... If you like technical products/problems, then this may be a role for you. Pay also seems to be rather low compared to what's in the market today. Browse Other Reviews
