Inbound lead flow for specific segments can be abysmal. Other segments have ideal lead flow. I’ve been in both groups. PMF is there, but we’re not competitive on pricing at all. The focus for the last few years as been a certain margin goal, which has hurt us tremendously in competitive situations. Great potential… but lacking on winning pricing strategies…

Overall experience has been positive. Best part about the job is that you're working on a rather niche problem set, and there's always more to learn. The worst part about the job is that the sales organization lacks the know-how on helping the team succeed. Not a lot of scenarios where we're trained on how to hit larger deals.
