Overall, my time at the org has been okay. Initially; pay was great. Accelerators were a dream. Ever since the acquisition, pay has declined significantly. The company is trying its best to cut costs while maximizing margins. It’s a trying season. It seems like about 3 guys hit quota last year out of a team of 40. Products are very technical. Sales cycles can be quite long. Expect to make your money on the commissions. The base pay is quite low. Immediate management is great. Pressure is not high. But, senior management is being pressed on by PE heads. It’s felt through the rest of the org.

Inbound lead flow for specific segments can be abysmal. Other segments have ideal lead flow. I’ve been in both groups. PMF is there, but we’re not competitive on pricing at all. The focus for the last few years as been a certain margin goal, which has hurt us tremendously in competitive situations. Great potential… but lacking on winning pricing strategies…

Overall experience has been positive. Best part about the job is that you're working on a rather niche problem set, and there's always more to learn.
