APS unfortunately has grown to lack in culture and inclusivity. They terminate loyal employees who have been there for years, just to hire new ones who participate in the now revolving doors in APS Sales. If you want to work in HRIS sales, work for an actual name brand organization that will at least compensate you and treat you badly vs APS who will NOT compensate you and still treat you badly.

Pay was below market rate, but quota wasn’t big. Not a big market presence so it’s hard to make headway. Close knit team, but not much earning potential.

Management at APS was in the form of micro-management with no enablement. The ability to go to conferences is the one highlight of being able to reach goal quickly. No inbound opportunity.
