Current Employee I was in a b2b sales development program. They will fire you if you’re not where you should be. That’s not something you should be worried about if you want to be there and consistently hit activity.
They did decrease our pay 1 month in by almost 10k/ year. Also dropped OTE by 10k. Obviously leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Managers and coworkers was a good environment.
