The training at AT&T is not good. Management will push for unethical sales to push for the high quotas that are unattainable. Ensure you keep all email receipts to protect yourself throughout the sales process. Customers are great and the pay is great. It was a great career and met great people.

The culture is becoming toxic and overall you’re under paid for working 6 days a week. You don’t have enough resources to support you in the position to do everything being asked of you.
