New comp structure for reps isn’t good. Must be over 100% attainment to get paid out . Anything under gets you little to nothing. New structure nothing like the last one based off volume of sales. Base salary is decent but uncapped commissions make up for it when you hit metrics. Management is not transparent with new changes in market share and competitive price points.

B2B development program was good for students who first graduated but it didn't prepare me as well for the field. Upper management is disconnected from what will actually help their sellers and then essentially threatens to fire you.
