Current Employee B2B development program was good for students who first graduated but it didn't prepare me as well for the field. Upper management is disconnected from what will actually help their sellers and then essentially threatens to fire you. The way they think to help you is to up activity and micro-manage you to scare you into producing more which often doesn't work for most people. They're also downsizing the sales org as they're making changes to the comp structure and laying people off.
