Former Employee3.3Aug 29, 2023Overall reasonable company with expected corporate roadblocks. Room for growth.
Current Employee3.0Aug 15, 2023The sales organization has so much potential to be very strong however new leadership has absolutely no clue what they are doing at the moment.

Former Employee2.9Feb 18, 2024I was a union sales rep at AT&T in retail store. THe base compensation started at 18 an hr in SoCal in 2020 with fluency in a second language. Raise every 6 months until the cap of 20.25 (As of 2022). Overall decent compensation for retail environment.

Current Employee3.0Jun 20, 2023Overall I would rate the sales executive role at AT&T as a decent opportunity. Selling mobility is a challenge in an over saturated market. There’s no such thing as new growth in this role. You’re simply taking customers from competitors. The current leadership sends mixed signals as far as targeted verticals and goals don’t really align with compensation.
