Current Employee3.0Aug 9, 2024Overall experience was that AT&T pays very well if you can adapt. However, leadership is extremely disconnected with what’s up on the ground level. New products that don’t work, commission structures changing, and customers receiving improper billing all stand in the way of success for most.
