Pros:Fiber is a great product and can be very easy to sell. Cons: all inbound leads go to 1-5 sellers (10 seller market) with more internal connections Solid money early in career MASSIVE amount of customer service work to do post sale and confusing systems to learn Progression has been made impossible. That is not exaggeration, ever since they changed the standards zero sellers have been progressed in the last year.
